TRAINING

A solid understanding of the software a company has purchased is obviously required for a successful implementation. This understanding comes from many sources including training workshops, documentation, hands-on experience, and other users’ experience.

Aware ERP Systems provide practical and objective training. Our courses are presented by consultants with extensive practical experience in the applications. They understand the challenges you encounter on a day-to-day basis and help you address business issues which you are likely to encounter.

The training workshops can be conducted either at your location or at our premises and can be tailored to your company’s specific needs. For special training requirements we can develop a custom training program with an appropriate curriculum for your own business.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

Our Business Consultants and those of our alliance partners provide many years of experience in the implementation of such systems. This experience is available to you as and when required to discuss your business issues and recommend the best approach.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Effective Project Management is essential to the successful implementation of any software product.

We ensure that the appropriate person is appointed to this role even before the product is sold. Where it is best for the client, we will utilise our alliance partners for this role.

All projects are monitored and audited to ensure they are being effectively managed and that the projects are on schedule.

Escalation procedures are in place if any project is getting off track. Project plans are developed utilising MS Project and are updated on a weekly basis.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our technical support services are extensive and flexible to allow you to choose the level of service that fits your business requirements.

We have the skills available to support you with the installation of hardware, software and database administration. We can also provide resources to assist you in custom development.

Our approach for modifications and extensions of the package is based on our proven methodology which follows a path through requirements analysis, specification development, software development, unit testing, system testing, user acceptance, training and cut over.

IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

Aware ERP Systems provides a wide variety of services to address the complete implementation process, ranging from basic installation and training to more comprehensive requirements such as business modelling and software customisation.  Our business and technical consultants bring years of experience in providing practical solutions to complex business problems based on detailed knowledge of the AWARE system. Each of our staff has a minimum of two years experience with the software. Our objective is to help assure a timely, high quality, cost-effective implementation.

 IMPLEMENTATION APPROACH

Based on many successful implementations, AWARE has developed a clearly defined implementation methodology that works. While the basic approach remains the same, the level of support required for each implementation varies widely, depending upon the complexity of the system and your desire to commit resources to the project. The Aware ERP Systems’ approach is to provide only the appropriate level of outside support with the objective to get you up and going as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our objective is not to maximise our consulting revenue, but to have a satisfied, referenceable customer.
